Took some work but I figured out how to mount my 939 waterblock so I dont gotta buy a new one now. Pics soon.

To fit my waterblock properly I had to drill some holes inthe AM2 mounting bracket. I used a 939 bracket as a guide, taped em together and boom done. Block fits fine but temps are a lil high for 1.31v, 32C idle. Mainly because of the CPU IHS not being perfectly flat.

Waterblock screws go up through the holes I drilled.

Windows install:

Closer look at my messy test bench

Those are all default settings, working on it now. Board is weird, everytime I try and OC the mem I lose all use of usb ports and mouse. Took me the last half hour to get mouse working again. =/

Yeah. BIOS has like 6 RAM tmings to tweek and systool freezes the system every time I try to do something. Restarting 100 times a day is going to take some getting used to. I suppose I am just spoiled by DFI.

1T is also tough to run w/ this board. Speed has to be dropped considerably to use it.

I let memtest run overnight, this is a start at least. Will work with it some more tonight after work.

EDIT: started memtest @ DDR840, 4-3-3 before leaving for work. Seemed to be stable.

Hit a wall, max this board will do is 220 FSB. I have to either find a new BIOS or RMA the board because 220 doesnt cut it w/ DDR2. Many others posted the same issue at XS so hopefully a BIOS will be avail shortly.

220x13 gets me 2860Mhz which I am dual priming now @ 1.4v so at least the CPU will be somewhat decent.
