Well I heard a couple of things about the abit board which lead me to not even want to try it. DFI 939 boards are supposed to be pretty good. end of month maybe.

I wish it were. I used 5:3 divider @ 2-3-2-5. RAM maxes out around 225. I had to run 4:3 with loose timings to hit 300 HTT.

so what is the highest you can run 1-1 (ddr200) (not 2-1 ddr400) and is t worthwhile compared to 2-1 225.

2753MHz appears to be stable. It wasn't a suicide screenshot. I had written off dividers a few days ago, but maybe there're not so bad after all.

To be honest, I haven't spent much time running 1:1 DDR200. I tried it once and the Sandra number was so bad that I gave up. Maybe I'll give it another try this weekend. Here's a screenshot of 2753 with more info.

Temps are in the low 40's. Chip is marked as "SAASC". Just tried 277.5X10. RAM at around 231.

awesome, so your bios is set to 1.8v? How is it that temps aren't higher at that speed?

Yes, VCore is set to 1.8v in BIOS. If I could get RAM that runs at 240 with the 5:3 divider, I would be able to make it over 2800MHz. My temps don't seem to vary that much. At 2775MHz, it was around 42C.

It's an OEM chip. I'll see if I can find more info on the CPU code markings.

HT was at 1000 when I was running at 2775MHz. Timings were 2-3-2-5-7-16 @ 5:3 with 2T disabled. I lowered HT and loosened the timings at 280X10 but it didn't help. I'm pretty sure the RAM is holding me back.
