Ever since I had this RAM it performed like crap with 2.8v or less, but it looks like the high voltage may have made it worse. Not sure what to do with it now really, what am I going to say, I ran 3.04v for a month and now it needs that to run stock? lol I guess it's my own fault for giving it extra volts but this new TCC5 sucks at the recommended voltage. It was either give the extra .2v or run at 275Mhz 2.5-4-3 =/

| You just need to give them the info on the IHS. You can do it online or call them. They'll want a brief description of the problem. You can even request express shipping, but they'll charge you for that. |

| Yes, you need the OPN which is the first line of numbers and letters on the IHS. The serial number is the last set of numbers and letters. They may ask for the batch and date codes which is the second line. The serial number will tell them immediately whether it's a boxed processor or an OEM chip. |

| I got up to about 225Mhz HTT on these Patriot sticks at 3-3-3-6 anything past this wouldn't post. Would trying the -2 bios possibly help anything? I know the 702-3 bios I am using is designed for TCCD which I am now selling my OCZ kit and I know these Patriot sticks aren't TCCD. Also, I am experiencing another non-related issue. I just bought BF2 and when I insert CD1 into my pioneer dvr-109 the computer locks up when I go to My Computer and double click dvd rom drive. I flashed to the most recent firmware, and I uninstalle the nvidia IDE drivers and I am now using the default windows driver. This happened last week when I tried to copy 2 separate dvds. Someone suggested maybe something to do with autoplay or installing dvdshrink??

| something to do with how winders reads dvds, both my drives do it too. CDROMS are ok , dvd discs make me wait about 20 seconds before i can do anything.

I'm darn sure glad I didnt sell my MachI, A fellow was trying real hard to get me to sell few months back and I all most did. The MachI handles Sandys real well My ole 3700+ is back at 3025 but this time only needs 1.5vcore, LCD displaying -35c running SP2004 So the GT had been slipping for some time now. I am deff gona get a used Fluke 51 and a few spare Kprobes, and attach one to the CPU when mounting the CPU KIT. So I can tell temps with out all this guessing and software crapola

| Why don't you PM him and ask how busy he is atm. I ordered when he was in the process of developing evaps, mounting kits, and trying to get access to other stuff he needed that's why it took so long. He has everything now so things should go quicker. Here's a Mach 1 he fixed up. ![]()
