| When you say the memory tests fine, are you using the Memtest that's included in the BIOS? Or are you saying it tested fine in the other board? The problems you describe sound like they're memory-related. |

| OK. Do you have the sticks in the orange slots? Also, have you tried running with just one stick? |

| His profile says he's using Ballistix PC3200. He's also using a PowerStream 520W. You aren't by chance using a 20-to-24 pin ATX adapter? Those are not recommended on the DFI boards. |

| Does anybody else find that when using 2 sticks of RAM in slots #2/4 using an Ulra-D that CPU-Z uses slots #3/4 when checking them in Memory Tab? Just wondering if that is normal.
