I thought I'd see what was available for Redline 1GB kits (2x512), maybe get another set...ha ha, no such luck. Apparently they've sold out.
Not sure how good the next shipment will be.

Redline is discontinued. There will probably be no more shipments.

Just an update on the USB problem I had (still have) with my DFI UT Ultra-D and my Razer Diamondback Special Edition mouse. To recap: Occasionally, when I booted up my system, the Razer mouse would not be found. I would have to navigate with the keyboard to the Razer drivers on my HD and start to install them again and part way into the install, the mouse would suddenly function.

I read a review of the Copperhead mouse by Razer and the reviewer mentioned the same problem with that mouse. There was no real solution other than to ensure you have your mouse software updated. Now, I thought this might be the same problem as with my mouse yet....last week, ALL of my USB devices disappeared! I have no idea what is causing this to happen. A simple reboot fixed the problem but it is very annoying! Anyone have any suggestions? I have changed the USB power jumper on the DFI board already and that has not helped.

You know, I read that a week or so ago somewhere & didn't believe it...doesn't make any sense. Too bad!

The razorback that I "HAD" did the same thing. In a Ultra-D, and The Neo2.

The solution I found ws to throw it in the trash, and pick up a Logitech Mx518. Liked it so much I upgraded to the G5.

Not what you want to hear I'm sure.

Anyone here ever order from www.pccanada.com ? They are one of the few places left with opti 146s that are not way overpriced. NCIX is charging over $320CAD for 146, almost double what they had it for 3 weeks ago.

Lol, nope not what I want to hear. Problem is that I am left-handed and the MX518 is made for righties (as are most mice). The Razer os a neutral design and it really helped reduce the strain that my hand went under with mice that were designed for righties.

ELDonko.....I'm using the 6-23 BIOS with the 6.70 NF4 drivers and 81.98 video driver.

I've never used them or heard of anyone who has. $320CDN for the Opty146 is way overpriced! www.vibecomputers.com has the Opty148 in stock for $277.76 but the Opty 146 there is backordered.

Yes those mice have intermittent usb issues.
