I had problems with ZA 5.xxx interactions with Norton AV when I initially installed the first update from 4.5. I went back to 4.5 and have remained there until I installed SP2 at which time I also upgraded ZA to the latest version. I've been running for about a week without any problems.

FWIW...

I have had no issues using ZA free version with IE and FFox. Give the update a try.

well i have had nothing but trouble from the new 5.x ZA and or ZAP. it will immediatly cut my D/L speed to right about 2100kps from 3800. when uninstalled
and i go back to 4.5 speeds are right back and zonelabs has been less than helpful. I just recieved a new dell today no less install zap 5.X and speeds wont go over 2100 kps uninstall and load 4.5 speeds right where they should be. I am
so sick of Zonelabs lack of support. oh well just keep a eye out on you're d/l speeds before and after. If anyone has any suggestions i would be glad to here them. Thanks
