| ZoneAlarm Is there a place from which to download the ZoneAlarm Free edition program file? All I find is the generic download/installer file. ![]() __________________ Asus X48 Rampage Formula / Intel Q9450 / 2 x 2GB OCZ Reaper HPC PC2 8500 / VisionTek Radeon HD3870X2 OverClocked Edition / Western Digital Raptor X Hard Drive / Two Western Digital Caviar RE2 WD5001ABYS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drives / Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Elite Pro 7.1 / Creative Gigaworks S750 7.1 Speaker System / Lian Li 343B cube case / PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Crossfire Edition |

| Re: ZoneAlarm You could sniff the internet traffic using e.g. Fiddler to see which file the downloader fetches. The downloader works great, though, and I'm guessing it will always get you the latest version. Fiddler Web Debugger - A free web debugging tool

And that's the problem. Version 8 has bugs. So I want version 7. Or does it really matter? Are there really improvements? I've been running a much earlier version and it seems to work fine. It still blocks outgoing connections. ![]() __________________ Asus X48 Rampage Formula / Intel Q9450 / 2 x 2GB OCZ Reaper HPC PC2 8500 / VisionTek Radeon HD3870X2 OverClocked Edition / Western Digital Raptor X Hard Drive / Two Western Digital Caviar RE2 WD5001ABYS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drives / Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Elite Pro 7.1 / Creative Gigaworks S750 7.1 Speaker System / Lian Li 343B cube case / PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Crossfire Edition | |

| Re: ZoneAlarm I think they moved v8 back to beta, actually. Did you go through with the install at all? Are you sure it was pushing v8?
