| digital camera recommendation can anyone here recommend a high quality digital camera around $150...I need it to take some nice high res shots of my new computer setup... someone told me the Canon powershot a510 was a good camera in that price range...

| problem Finding a high quality digicam isn't a problem. Finding a $150 digicam isn't a problem. Finding both at once might be a problem! I own a Canon SD400 which also does pretty nice video which I wanted. It was $364 in June and now is $259 from Newegg. Also Canon has combined camera/printer rebates that essentially get you a photo printer for about $12 after rebate. Make sure you consider the memory card price in the camera price. I've got nothing but admiration for Canon's entire package but no matter what camera you choose right now seems like the lowest prices I've seen across the board. Supposedly tomorrow is "black Monday" for online vendors so you might check prices then. By the way I researched for months trying to find the "perfect camera" and I don't believe it exists. The SD400's behavior, to me, is impeccable but nonetheless has some flaws.

| You can go for Nikon or Sony cybershot Exlim zoom is also great... Dont try to buy camera's online first test them yourself it depends with which camera you are comfortable and think is the best!! We can only give you advice u have to make the choice!!
