| Dual monitor, dual sound cards?? I'm going to setup dual monitor with geforce 8500 T or 8600 GT card. Both support two DVIs. 1. How does the audio output work when I have 2 monitors? 2. Can I assign which audio goes to whichever sound card/speaker? 3. Do I need to get two speakers (one for each monitor)? 4. Do I need to get two sound cards (one for each LD monitor)? Thanks a lot.

| Re: Dual monitor, dual sound cards?? Heres my answers to your questions: 1. The audio output works the same as If you had only one monitor, unless you have integrated speakers, in that case I would suggest getting a separate sound system. 2. The sound output will be functioning from the program you have running, whichever monitor the programs window is open on dosent matter. 3. It would be senseless to do something like that unless you want a better sound system. 4. It would be senseless because you don't need it in this case.
