Question

My Celeron 700 with Asus CUSL2 motherboard locks up when I use net2phone or any other pc to phone service or any PC to PC voice chat. Apparently the lockup occurs randomly when I use full duplex sound. How do I solve this problem? Each card I have in the computer takes up its own irq and no conflicts appear. I set each card in a slot so it does not share irqs with any other board. I have the latest drivers for each device. No other sound applications lock up the computer.

I have the Intel Celeron 700 mhz with Asus CUSL2 motherboard and 512 megabytes RAM
WD75DA udma 7 gigabyte 66 udma hard drive as primary master.
Intel Easy PC Video Camera in USB port 1
Toshiba 10x scsi cdrom and
HP 6020I scsi cd writer on adaptec 2920a scsi card (slot 5)
Asound ALS4000 sound card (slot 2)
2 Repotech RP-1624W Network cards, one for a local network (slot 4) and the other for the telocity dsl gateway (slot 6).
on (slot 4 and slot 6)
slot 1 & 3 empty.

How do I get rid of these lockups? Asus replied automatically that they might not get to my questions telling me to ask the reseller who could not help me.

email me at dbaer@hoflink.com and post here.

Thank you.
