| I have a CUSL2 MB with duel boot WinME/W2K. For WinME the sound card works fine other than some crackling while playing Quake III. When booting into W2K it won't even install the Audio codec...it allways has the Yellow exclamation point next to it. I reinstall the Creative drivers it errors out at the end. I downloaded the drivers from Creative Labs for W2K they do the same. Any suggestions?? I see on some other post here that changing the PCI slot might help...I haven't tried that yet Thanks

| It might help when you move your card that you disable or remove all SB drivers-software then pull your card, then reboot in each OS with out your card in, then reinstall card in new slot (I recommend slot 6) let windows detect it in each OS (try doing W2K first) and reinstall all software again. Make sure you have the correct drivers & software, for each OS you are using, loaded under the right OS. Just a thought. Good Luck! |
