Weird Sound problem

Man this has kind of been the build from hell. I've got most of my problems sorted out now except for this one. I have the Klipsch 4.1 speakers and will all windows programs and games all I can get is the front channels. If I go to the creative control panel and do the speaker test all four (front andrear) test ok. I've checked all the sound settings I can think of but I can't find the cause of it.

As you can see from my specs below I'm running XP pro 64, so I did an install on another hard drive with XP home and have the same problem.:confuse2:

Yes I could just install my Audigy from my other system and be done with it, but I want to be able to use my front headphone and mic jacks.

Anyone have any ideas??
