The chocolate and strawberry ones are gross IMO. Have you tried the vanilla? The best are the banana ones, but can be hard to find. Hopefully you're back to solid food soon!

Yes you have to be in the directory of the disk itself for it to work. Did it say "warning can cause system to fail. Do you want to proceed" or something like that. If not, you had the wrong prompt....

Have you tried FIXBOOT and FIXMBR from the C prompt? You need to go to command prompt from the install disk itself. It has worked for me twice with the same problem your describing. Worse case you...
