The memtest86+ dont run, I get the same: 'no such partition'

I used SGD because Ubuntu would not install GRUB in the MBR, only installed it once and the result was the same as always: 'no such...

Ive done that also:

Win XP + Ubuntu
and
Win XP+ Kwort 2.4

And the same steps with Supergrub CD, the results were always the same: "no such partition"

The problem is that my system logs in without asking for the password or wich user should be used.

Basically when I start the computer it goes directly into the desktop in the administrator...
