Re: Official Eve-Online ABX Corp thread

No time at all. In a few years the nest will be empty. Maybe then.

I was at scout camp this summer and say some councilors playing in the visitor center late a night. They were probably in...

Re: Moore's Law broken?!

Funny, I read it as the end of Moore's law. A single atom is the limit until you transition to quantum computers.

Re: Two Subnets talking to each other.

I think you just have to set the subnet mask on each device to 255.255.0.0 instead of 255.255.255.0

Re: Teen sexting: it's in every high school

I always thought that puppy love was something innocent. You know, like stealing a kiss behind the garage.

When we treat graphic pictures as something innocent we have gone so far down that...

Re: Apple's Tablet---One Tech Gadget for All!!

This does appear to be mainly a fanboy post. Not sure why it is on the front page. Though that is probably why I read it. I normally avoid your posts as I find it really difficult to read all the...

Re: Will you go 3D?

Re: Will you go 3D?

I haven't seen a 3D movie in a while, but I hate them. My eyes are always trying to focus on the object in "space" giving me double vision. I am not interested in it on my computer.

Re: Asustek Set to Withdraw from Mainboards Manufacturing

Interesting. I think it may be premature. I have talked to non-computer people (who know nothing about the mobo business) and they think ASUS is just another cheap-o knock off company. They need...

Re: Global Warming

I think he is saying that the Earth's core has been cooling over the millennia. The point being is that heat has to pass through the atmosphere in the process of leaving. Does that effect global...

Re: Need Help! I want to watch ESPN 360 Football on my HDTV!

Have you tried watching something else in full screen off the internet?

It really sounds like the video, though.

Re: Retail vs. OEM?

Re: Does Win7 prevent you from opening certain folders?

I have found that in Win 7, even if the user is an administrator, you sometimes need to explicitly grant administrative access to see folders, especially of another user. At least this is true with...

Re: Who's buying Win 7?

When I purchased my download copies. I got 2 keys and the option to download 32 or 64 bit. I bet your key would work on a 64 bit install.
