Hey FVB, I think the Thermalright will be good enough because I do not plan on OCing the CPU. One of the main reasons I am going to the 7820X is it does 4.5GHz on 2-cores without OCing. I find that very appealing. I am not going to OC the CPU or RAM. Also, I am going to let the CPU fan run on it's own. I have read good stories about his cooler and how quiet the fan is. It comes with one Thermalright TY-147A Utra-low noise 300~1300RPM PWM-Fan (MAX21 dBA). I could almost run that fan on 12V all the time and not hear it.
