CMD prompt window tips

Most of you probably know these but if you don’t…

1. Want to quickly run a command from within Windows Explorer? It turns out Windows has a built-in way to do this. Simply type in "cmd" in the address bar and it'll open the command prompt with the path to your current folder already set.

2. you can also do shift-right click on a folder and hit open command window here. The right click is context sensitive so it only shows if you shift-right click on a folder (on the folder itself or somewhere on the explorer with no folder selected)

Thanks Bofinn, although I already knew that. But....
Black text? I use vRocking which is charcoal colored - I had to highlight this to read it

Re: CMD prompt window tips

Hey Bofinn, good to see you.

I knew the first one but the second one I never noticed before. There is a ton of quick keys to use that are very useful but about the only ones I use are alt-tab to cycle between windows and the copy/paste ones.
