Re: S6 Galaxy.

I'm liking the phone so far. I have not even tapped into 10% of this phones capabilities. The texting is amazing. It auto voices texts and you can orate texts back. You can answer a text message 10ft from the phone. Wave your hand over the phone and it wakes. Camera is nice enough for me. Has touch focus and zoom, and you can send pics instantly to another device. This phone is very durable, you can try to bend it and it won't bend. Battery is awesome. I only had time to charge it to 70% after I got it and I have played with it off and on for 16hrs and it is at 59% power.

Re: S6 Galaxy.

Nope, not even home yet. I have not learned how to use basic text messaging fully yet. I need to sign up for a Google account no? So I can DL a nice text app. I was thinking Textra???

I can shake the phone and the flash light comes on. It has the ability to know where I am, a meeting, in car, etc. There is so much to this phone it is amazing.

Re: S6 Galaxy.

They're more useful than PC's at times. I don't use texting. iPhone has a built-in messaging app. I use mainly FaceTime and the actual Phone. May want to show interest in Dropbox freebie. It'll all come together later.

Re: S6 Galaxy.

Hey JT,

I actually moved to the new phone for texting. At work I am receiving MMS which is like conference messaging. I could not reply to all on my old phone. I also read reviews where you can voice a text message and that is what I would like to get working with this phone so I do not have to type. The phone is one of the most amazing piece of electronics I have ever used but I don't see it taking away from my PC yet.

Re: S6 Galaxy.

I went to the HTC one M9 when they came out about 3-4 months ago. It is a decent phone. Good battery life and the camera is fairly good also.

Re: S6 Galaxy.

I really like the Droid Turbo. It has a gorgeous and huge HD display with amoled which turns off pixels that are black, 3900mA/hr battery, 4G, Lolipop 5.1, quad-core 2.7MHz, 32GB RAM, etc. There are some big negatives according to review sites, some bother me and some don't.
  • Bloatware Apps, I have two pages of them and they are hard to remove.
  • Camera does not have auto-stabilization
  • Does not do LTE bands if I remember.
  • No secondary flash card for storage.

Re: S6 Galaxy.

The S6 is a great phone I got it when it first came out. Battery life isn't as good as the S5 I had. Wireless charging works great.

That is really one nice looking phone, the only negative I've heard is battery life!

Re: S6 Galaxy.

If you tweak the phone you can get better battery life. I wish it had removable storage. I need to find cloud service that is free for backups.
