Wink

The CUSL2 integrated video card works fine on my French SuSE 6.4 with the agpgart.o module and the X server downloaded from the Intel web site.
Ouf...
I did not succeded to make it work with the SuSE X servers, while "i810 support" is written on the box ???

The server
XFCom_i810 Version 3.3.6 / X Window System (protocol Version 11, revision 0, vendor release 6300)
Release Date: May 19 2000
If the server is older than 6-12 months, or if your card is newer than the above date, look for a newer version before reporting problems. (see http://support.intel.com/support/gra...xsoftware.htm)
Operating System: Linux 2.2.14-5.0 i686 [ELF]
Configured drivers:
SVGA: server for SVGA graphics adaptors (Patchlevel 0):
i810, i810-dc100, i810e, i815, generic (using VT number 7)

XF86Config: /etc/XF86Config
(**) stands for supplied, (--) stands for probed/default values
(--) no ModulePath specified using default: /usr/X11R6/lib/modules
Sucessfully loaded XFree86 3.3 symbols
GLX extension module for XFree86 3.3.3.1 -- Mesa version 3.1
GLX package version 0.9, GLX protocol version 1.2.
(**) module glx.so successfully loaded from /usr/X11R6/lib/modules

The race for quality has no finish line- so technically, it's more like a death march.

You're probably better off using XFree 4.0.2.

Here's the how-to link about it: http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/i810-HOWTO/

You will also need to update the kernel by the sounds of it.
