Rampage II Extreme or P6T Deluxe V2

I am at the point in my new i7 build where I have to choose my motherboard before I can do anything else. I am undecided between the Rampage II Extreme and the new P6T Deluxe V2.
I am going to OC but not to the point where I want to squeeze every last cycle and once I see what it will do I will back off some and then not mess with the settings much. I do like some of the features of the Rampage but I am concerned about the cold boot issue which seems to be still there. The new P6T Deluxe is now available and shows great promise. The other componnents are all high end (300 GB V-Raptors in RAID 0 for boot and apps, 1 Tb WD RE3 for data, Etc. 1 KW Corsair PSU, GTX 295, Etc)
My needs (in order of importance) are:
1. Reliability
2. Stability
3. Features
4. Cost (not really a concern for the Mobo)

What are your comments, I especially am interested in comments from users of the Rampage and the P6T Deluxe.

Perhaps I should have said I am interested in hearing from users of the Rampage II OR the P6T D V2.

We need a good Rampage II Extreme thread. I look back at the P4C-E Deluxe thread which I posted in and got so much help from three rigs ago back 5 1/2 years ago and that thread is still going strong. We need that kind of info for the R-II E.
I see your OC results in the othrt thread so I am sure I will be asking for your advice.
