Thanks for the link polonyc2.

I am VERY disappointed!!! I thought the first downloadable content would be a pack containing an assortment of Power Armor for DogMeat.

Operation: Anchorage sounds disappointing...

Fallout 3 Operation: Anchorage Review - Page 1 // None /// Eurogamer - Games Reviews, News and More

think I'll wait for all 3 DLC's to be released (hopefully as 1 big boxed set) before possibly buying...plus the last DLC in March sounds like the best one anyhow

I'm leaning this way as well, I'm in no hurry due to "games for windows live" BS and "microsoft points" nonsense as well.....I think the only points at Microsquash are the points on their heads sometimes.....

On a happier note, have you tried this mod?...it's a hoot...allows you to call in a vertibird for airstrikes, reinforcements or transport...Enclave Commander 075 at Fallout 3 Nexus - Fallout 3 mods and community

It's Pointed Hats Bud. As I've said before, they all cheated their way through high school and business school; got hired because of their phony "honors" at graduation; and now don't know how to do it for real. The screwballs should ask Bill to come back and fix the place. Stop the marketing BS (that's all LIVE is - undesired marketing crap designed by blithering idiots) and bring back real tech advancements and customer desired features.

the really stupid part about buying stuff from Games for Windows Live is that you can only buy points in either 500 or 1000 intervals...but all the games they have available costs 1200 or 800 points...so you always have to buy more points then what you need...ridiculous...they just want you to either buy more stuff from them or waste money

why can't I buy the exact number of points it takes to buy the game alone?...why do I have to buy extra points that I may never use?...I don't see myself ever buying anything from them unless they change this policy...I'll wait for the boxed set of all the DLC like they did with Shivering Isles/Knights of the Nine

Steam is the best online distributor...Games for Windows Live is a cheap knockoff

Fallout 3 DLC Delayed

Bethesda's next two downloadable PC and Xbox 360 expansions for Fallout 3, previously expected to arrive in February and March, have been delayed by a month.

"The next DLC for Fallout 3, The Pitt, will be out in March," Bethesda marketing VP Pete Hines told GameSpot. "Broken Steel will be out the following month, in April."

Re: Fallout 3

I just started to fire this game up, and I have to say I was very skeptic of how much I would enjoy it (because of the RPG style gameplay) but they literally packed a multiple genre game into one!

I just got out of Vault 101 and I made my way to Megatron. I think Im gonna stop playing until I can fire this up on my desktop, Im currently running it on a 64mb ATI 3200 on my laptop. I get like ~20fps on average. Thats the only thing thats turning me off so far though.
