Oh man, sushi is yum.

There was this place that I used to eat it at and it was really good, the best I've ever had and no other place makes it the same.

And there was also this place that I could eat Jap veggie ramen at, it was really good stuff. Not like the cheap cr*p you can buy for $1, the REAL egg noodles, with pickled egg and sweatened bamboo. *drools* The noodles are cooked in boiling water and then put into a warm and specially prepared soup that's also flavoured. This way the noodles don't soak too fast and don't lose flavour or texture. The way it should be done. For only $5! And they also throw in some Miso soup. Plus the chick that served was cute.

The place is gone though.

Now I miss it too.... and I never got to enjoy it.
I hate it when the good places go under. I make it a practice to eat there alot, if a new place starts up and its great.

Nothing beats homemade Sushi.... except I havent tried to make a spider roll at home yet... so I gota go out to get one of those.

Grilled sea scallops with sauteed mushrooms and rice pilaf. I may have gone overboard with the garlic this time though. Might pay for it later tonight. I am pretty sure my wife will suffer in the end!!
