computer running slow

hey guy's need help my computer is running very slow. I mean at lease a minute or so to open a web page and sometimes not at all. I can't seen to find out why. I did s speed test oh I'm with ATT 50 mps down and 7 or so unload. is there anything I can try .

Try running Malwarebytes free edition....sounds like malware to me!

thanks will try that ATT were out today they couldn't find anything he just reset the modem? I already did that, but did say some customer couldn't run chrome with their internet service? never heard that.

My sister in law had some much malware on her computer it was doing the same thing ...took a couple of minutes to open a webpage....

I've had the same problem and I could fix it with Malwarebytes and CCleaner.

Yes, I can vouch for Malwarebytes working. CCleaner is also a good product. Just read through the logs so you know what it being deleted in CCleaner. Also with CCleaner, look over all the boxes that are checked.....It likes to delete many things you may want to keep. Sometimes these types of programs grab false positives but overall they are awesome.

Another good free program is AdwCleaner.
