Shutdown and sleep issues when connected to internet.

Hi everybody! Wondering if anybody had any ideas here. So about a week ago my computer decided to not go into sleep mode all the way or shutdown all the way. Monitors turn off but tower and keyboard don't. Weird thing is I only have this problem when I am connected to the internet. If I unplug my cable to the router I shutdown normally. Bios is up to date , power settings in windows haven't changed and all my drivers are up to date. Running Windows 10. Got to be related to the internet connection but I can't figure out how. Suggestions?Oh yeah. If I leave my computer on it doesn't go to sleep it just shuts down. Strange....Thanks!
