Count me in People!

I am not making head wind on my own any longer. As soon as this last fold is finished. My hard working 2000+is ready to sign up. Plus I 2 slow 500 AMDs working over time.

That's all I can contribute till work picks up.

I was waiting too and just said the heck with it - shut them down and changed the team name...I have a couple going in both camps that were already into it a bit...

Welcome about DeMenAce!!!
So a 2000+, what's that 1667MHz? Are the to 500s Athlons (I thought the K7 started higher than that)? I'll put you down for 1700Mhz for now (I round up/down to the next hundred). PM me if I don't have it right.

PS - Oh, and I hear ya on the work bit

I just put my OC'ed XP 1700+ TBredA box down in the basement. It communicates using wireless to my router upstairs - nice to have some peace and quiet; my H2O rig just has a nice hum to it Wish my 1.4G TBird hadn't run into problems, it'd be there too. The nice thing, aside from not having three machines running in my office, is that my the cpu temp on the TBredA dropped 8 deg C to only 32 deg C max load

The only downside to wireless is the my wireless nic doesn't like to have the pci bus overclocked much over 35Mhz.

Oh, I use RealVNC to monitor it - works great

I'm gonna check out that RealVNC... thanks XJ! Cool thing about a team is that we can help support each other too when problems arise or to share tips!
