p4p800 droop mod

can someone tell me which pic is correct for the droop mod for the p4p800

the first pic the solder points are different than the ones in the second.

anyone know which to do ?

Solder 50k - 100k ohm variable resistor between, green and blue circle. Lower resistance will give higher voltage / lower droop.

ok i have a 50k shoudl i jsut set it to max rtesistance then work down?
also what voltage should i set in the bios. before doing this,

Yup, set you 50k vr to max resistance, and set vcore to 1.55 from bios. Then boot up again and go to bios hw monitor. Start decreasing value of your vr, until you see voltage desired.

Why increasing of the voltage is needed..it's a Vdrop mode ,not Vcore
